Vision Statement

The Flin Flon School Division is a culturally diverse community of learners working together in a safe and inclusive environment where all will be successful. As educational leaders, we are committed to excellence, continually challenging ourselves to foster the development of all individuals to their full academic and social potential.

The Flin Flon School Division is located in the north-west on the border between Manitoba and Saskatchewan We provide public education services to residents of the City of Flin Flon, as well as those living in the Lake Athapap, Big Island Lake and Schist Lake areas. French Immersion instruction is also provided to residents of Creighton and Denare Beach in Saskatchewan.

The Division has approximately 1000 students that attend four schools -- a K-8 community school, a K-8 dual track school, a Grade 9-12 high school and an alternative education/adult education school. Information on a wide variety of programs these schools offer is on the website. Campus Manitoba is housed within the Division and there are partnerships with Creighton School Division, Frontier School Division and the University College of the North.
